It’s her birthday, and instead of celebrating over a quiet dinner, she’s gathering everyone on the courts for friendly competition and fellowship.

This Cup is her way of giving thanks for God’s goodness and faithfulness in her life — through the sport she loves.

3 divisions. 36 players. 1 fun day.

  • Round-robin first — 5 matches per team
  • Top 4 teams from each division advance
  • Seeds 1 vs 2 → Gold · Seeds 3 vs 4 → Bronze

FAQ

Players participate for free — entry, lunch, medals all on the celebrant’s family. Spectators are free to attend, with lunch as an optional ₱200 add-on (paid via GCash when you register). A tournament shirt is available for both players and spectators at ₱279 — sold at cost, no profit. Coffee and water are free for everyone.

Your paddle, court shoes, a water bottle, a towel, and your best A-game. We’ve got loaner paddles too — just tell us if you need one.

We’ll handle it. Pick “Match me with someone” on the form and we’ll pair you up. Some of our favorite matchups will start that way.

Self-rate using the DUPR scale as a reference — you don’t need to know your actual DUPR rating. The organizers make the final call so every match is balanced.

Yes — spectators are welcome and free to attend. If you want lunch with everyone, it’s an optional ₱200 add-on (paid via GCash when you register). Anyone joining for the day — family, friends, plus-ones — needs to register so we can manage the crowd. Register as a spectator below.

Indoor courts. We play.

Just message us as soon as you know — we’ll update the headcount.

Lunch (spectators): the ₱200 lunch add-on is fully refundable, regardless of reason or timing.

Shirts: non-refundable once you’ve paid. Shirts are produced ahead of time from a supplier, so payment goes straight into production. We’ll still get your shirt to you even if you can’t make it on the day.

Players have nothing to refund for the tournament itself (free entry), and messaging early lets us offer your spot to someone else.

We’ll create a Messenger group chat for everyone playing, reffing, and helping out, and add you once your registration is confirmed.

Waiver

Assumption of risk, release of liability, and medical emergency authorization.

1. Voluntary participation

I am voluntarily participating in the Crystal Pickleball Invitational Cup on June 6, 2026, at Yeshua Community Center, Kapatagan, Digos City. I confirm that I am physically able to play pickleball and that I have not been advised by a medical professional against participation.

2. Assumption of risk

I understand that pickleball involves physical activity that carries inherent risks — including muscle strains, sprains, falls, collisions with other players, and equipment-related injuries. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

3. Release of liability

I release the organizers, Yeshua Community Center, the referees, and the volunteers from all claims arising from any injury, loss, or damage I may sustain during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.

4. Medical emergency authorization

In a medical emergency, I authorize the organizers or a designated representative to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf, including transportation to the nearest medical facility. I understand that the cost of such treatment is my own responsibility.

5. Equipment & conduct

I will use a paddle suitable for play, wear court-appropriate footwear, and follow the USA Pickleball Rulebook. I will respect the Tournament Director’s decisions, my fellow players, and the venue.

By ticking the consent box on the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver. The full document will also be signed in person on event day.

Data Privacy notice

What we collect, how we use it, and what we don’t do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number, and Facebook profile link — so we can confirm via Messenger.
  • How you know Crystal — for guest list context.
  • Players: sex, years playing, home club, self-rating, division preference, partner name — for team composition and division placement.
  • Players: dietary restrictions, medical conditions and current medications, emergency contact — for safety on event day.
  • Spectators ordering lunch: dietary restrictions, GCash reference, transfer confirmation screenshot.
  • Optional: accessibility needs, photo/video consent.

How we use it

Strictly for tournament logistics: confirming your registration, organizing teams and matches, planning food, reaching you on event day, and emergency response. The data lives in a private Notion database, seen only by the organizers and any volunteers we designate.

What we don’t do

  • Sell, license, or share your data with third parties.
  • Use it for marketing, advertising, or anything outside this tournament.
  • Keep it longer than needed.

Your rights

You can ask the organizers to update or delete your information at any time. After the tournament wraps and any post-event coordination is complete, registration data is archived or deleted at our discretion.
